Two men are each facing 10 years in prison and a possible $810,000 fine for alleged insider trading of ASX shares. Former Beacon Minerals Ltd (ASX: BCN) project manager Alexander McCulloch and external services provider Darryl Brian Mapleson both faced Perth Magistrates Court on Friday.
so an external services provider is certainly held accountable if he or she is found to be feeding the market misinformation and or leaked real information in order to buy or sell shares
