Zip has 300+ employees for ANZ and now live in six countries, Singapore in full swing for going live and many more under cover operation has nearly 1000 employees…economies of scale is catching up.
Zip has centralised a two step approach for its core operations a global operations centre and regional centres as well…new branches expanding to smaller countries may have only the sales people on the ground. Combined with off balance sheet warehouse funding and non funded merchant funded longer term product for the mega merchants will make it very easy to expand to new countries…I still go with 50 countries in the next twenty four months
