Besttime60. Yes, they're paying $5 million plus five million shares for Geoscience (GAA); total $5.5 million, or $5.875 million before purchase.

Last year UXA were to pay $6.4 million in shares and cash, GAA were to raise funding. This offer was withdrawn due to GAA failing to raise finance.

Stock is now a hold at best, IMHO, at 14.5c and price could slip further towards 10c.

Still a very big gamble and financing appears solely to buy GAA.
Will UXA manage to bring in a partner for Crystal Creek, Ngalia Thrust? It seems talks on this are going well otherwise they'd raise far more cash.
