Without knowing much about their expectations specifically, I've read the Fed contract is traditionally a massive chunk of revenue.....albeit extremely low margin, stable business...Adcorp apparently already has the systems for it
For Adcorp though, it could be a game changer as they are already a pretty low margin operator.....It's possible this Fed contract, along with the other states could account for half the revenue of Adcorp next fin year.......there's no reason why, with scale, there will not be a significant profit uplift and a transformation of the co into more stable market sectors like gov. and away from cyclical print based employment ads
