Well clearly none of them have wanted to buy on-market…. I take those types of statements with a grain of salt these days. The market is now filled of scavengers (I.e. Tolga, Bhavdip, Assad, etc) who simply apply for raises but have no intention of actually holding the stock long term, rather are in the market for a quick flip.
Don’t get me wrong I’m a massive LT fan of Dw8, hold units in the millions but the deep discount on the last raise was just blatantly lazy from the broker. The pre-launch investor sounding process was piss poor. I’m going to email Dean to use a proper broker for future raises. More work needs to be done from an investor relations perspective. I have no doubt DW8 could have gotten a cornerstone investor to spearhead that last raise which would have been the best possible result for us. It’s the confirmation we need.
