Why would (was it HB?) have let that be left out on site 10 years ago? Any ideas?
Why not demob with everything else and bring it back when next needed? They had the winter road built.
Or purchase it if one were going to leave it out in the boonies for 10 years. Seems like a really odd arrangement with the hire company that this only crops up now?
