    It was a nice deal. I agree. Even blind Freddie could see it that it was.

    What I fail to understand is, the mentality of the people who are selling out now, instead of buying.

    Maybe, someone was in only for the short term and for the kill, but it didn't happen, so they took their bat and ball, and went home.
