I believe that what you are inferring is a Corporations Law matter and if I am correct then ASIC have to deal with it. Its just the way it is set up.
I wouldn't hold my breath for too much action but you never know.
Not much more that you can do now as nothing will happen quickly I suspect even if they proceed.
