Nev from what I understood, funding was already in the pipelines, and last roadshow in Hong Kong was merely to reinforce the issue... I could be wrong though.
My take on the roadshow is to get the IGR story out more before consolidation of the area steals the show.
Don't forget...we only have a few months before IGROAs are due, and this story needs some excellent PR to carry the price upwards now.
