If you don’t understand things like how capital raises to 708s work then you haven’t done enough research about how the market works. It’s a big red flag about your understanding of the market.

The process that WWI is following is completely standard for a capital raising. There’s nothing unusual about it.

In truth it’s much more unusual (and slow, expensive, complex and risky unless fully underwritten) to offer to regular retail investors through a SPP or rights issue.
