They would typically capital raise for this sort of thing. The only reason they may not raise capital is because it is such a small acquisition. It will not be paid from dividends.
They are trying to do a far larger acquisition in other countries so maybe they’ll wait for one of those deals to come through and then do a capital raise once they score.
