You look at it as your expenses. trading is great- it has provided me and my family with a better life. 2017 +$60k 2018- +$20k 2019- +$10k 2020- -$10k 2021- +$110k celebrate the wins and when you fall like i have this month trasitioning to smaller size trades and working your way back up is important. Dont double down and try making it back by increasing the size of your trades. You will blow your account in no time and have no capital nor confidence to get back up.
