I like the business model and I've read the prospectus. However it is very light on forward looking estimates.
Has anyone modelled it?
Concerns stopping me from buying it at the moment are:- Increase in covid traffic. I've been camping through northern QLD the last two months and I've never seen it busier. Have to book in advance to get into any campground even in the middle of nowhere. So, obviously concerned about what happens when other avenues of travel are available.
Large increase in costs. Seems the more revenue increases the more costs increase. Almost linearly it seems. This meant I couldn't work out when this will turn a profit.
I typed "Motorhome Rental" into Bing and Google. Bing didn't bring back a camplify result. Google did but it was about the 5th search down and was aimed at motorhome renters.
Any perspectives welcome.
