well actually you can paint ideologies with a reasonable degree of certainty. because they, at least should, subscribe to certain ontological/epistemological perspectives. leading them to particulars views on "justice" and "equality". usually they stem From "product of environment" or "power of will" approaches which then go onto to guide and inform policy.

you'll have to take my word that I know what I'm talking about when it comes to this sort of thing. and I see the Peru situation as concerning.

admittedly I don't know a lot about the constitutional/institutional protections against revolutionary changes there. or the public appetite for those things.

but the new government taking power is certainly more risk, than if the incumbent had won.
