Good point.
They went feom nothing to disrupting industry in 5 years.
In the equivalent time LPD went to 7.5B (diluted) shares with no way to pay for a small plant, no binding agreements to take product from said plant, multiple entities and convoluted business setup, interesting 'potential' conflicts of interest and royalty payment scheme, high director remuneration etc etc.
Funny to think that if the timeline was followed there probably wouldn't have been a need to have that CR @0.007 with freebies, or the latest, or the upcoming....
I agree that dilution doesn't matter here because consolidation is their end solution. Only long term holders (capital donors) feel the pain of dilution and it seems management does not have SH interests in mind just yet. That seems to be the reason behind no consolidation, that watershed moment will occur when the company is ready to slow down the constant dilution and actually create capital growth for shareholders.
