Unlike the usual TO where price is announced and argy-bargy begins....this will be a full-and-final offer... take-it-or-leave-it deal. Usually the predator company buys into target prior to TO. China doesn't own a single share in NUF.
So what is most likely outcome? IMO Rathbone who after all sees them daily in the NUF offices will accept before you can say palm-trees-in-the-Bahammas. Instos who are still fuming re the placement will follow suit and it will be over in a couple of days. DYOR but if you want in then get a move on. If you have doubts.... SEll now or AVOID.
