    with a PE 10, this is certainly not the cheapest REIT around. If you are a long term investor, there is nothing to worry about in my opinion. But in short term, it might retest 40 cents. But the market sentiment has changed a lot since 6 month ago. I can hardly imagine it will stay at this price for long.
