I would assume that most nations in the Amazon region would be classified as 3rd world or emerging nations why has the EU treated them differently to China/India?
If we consider the growing numbers of coal fired power generation units in these countries and the true volumes of emissions that they produce why doesn’t the EU ban their products like they have banned lumber from the Amazon?
Is it that some nations are more equal than others?
