You will get 0.375 SQ shares for each of your APT shares. You can elect to either take SQ CDIs which will be listed on the ASX or you can take SQ shares listed on the NYSE (both instruments should trade at similar values on a currency adjusted basis). It is likely you will be eligible for CGT roll over relief which means if you take SQ shares, this will not result in a CGT event. If you don't want SQ shares, your only alternative would be to sell your APT shares on market prior to the offer being completed (you have plenty of time to consider this as the transaction is not expected to close until the first quarter of 2022).
