Not slagging off APC. But it’s like a piece of the jigsaw is missing. 3-4 years ago it wasn’t the case as there were no registered claimants.
We know from the EPA stuff they have been negotiating with the claimants.
Perhaps it’s something they can keep kicking down the road as they progress but I’m not convinced they can get all the leases without having the claimants on board.
Shackleton milks everything for what its worth, I’m sure he will turn the spotlight on NT when it suits.
