For whatever reason the main game is to vaccinate the whole global population, whether it be for pure greed and profit by big pharma or for some other obscure ulterior motive based on conspiracy.

Whilst mass vaccination is the main game there is no place for RAT's in the general population as it will be a dis-incentive for people to get vaccinated. Once we get to somewhere near 80% so called herd immunity there will no longer be the need for general purpose RAT's and it will be restricted to GP's, hospitals etc.

That's why many regions who have no cases of covid are still in lock down, it's to make life as difficult as possible so people submit to mass vaccination voluntarily before they mandate it. Either way proof of vaccination will totally over-ride proof of POC or RAT's negative tests.
