I am a little disappointed that management has not put out a statement on their way forward, plan B if you like. they must have considered that Santos would go in, stay out, or tell us to get lost. So why not have a press release on their contingency plans ready to go so that shareholders can see where we are going. Has Santos made any commitment to go forward or is this just a now at the moment, moment, that now requires us to continue negotiation with a belligerent partner to find out what they are doing?

The permit requires the drilling to be completed by Dec next year, but what happens if Santos does not want to do it, or continues to drag their feet so that we cannot meet that commitment. Do we have the option to go alone if Santos as the major shareholder and says no, or goes slow? Are we at risk of losing the permit, if so is Santos in the wings willing to then pick the whole thing up?
