Why? I'd suggest putting your game plan out there during negotiations gives away your 'hand'....that's like publicly posting your next chess moves 'if' you move 'here'. I have little doubt the board have already discussed the possibilities, there's a time to telegraph intent....it's coming & they've said so. There's no haste required with Dukas, there's ample time. It's still a massive risk play (and yes, reward) and because of that I value it at 3c in my valuation for CTP. If it comes off- great, if it doesn't I can live with it because its chance of success is small. It'll be a very large capital investment for a small cap of CTP's size & I doubt they'll commit to fund 45% themselves. I think they'll be looking to palm off the 15% & now probably more & a good part of Zenon at the same time to get a rig to test one after the other.
