I don't buy the whole "selling so they can buy more" theory.
Say you have to sell 200k of stock to get it through an obvious stop level..
Then what.. you assume no-one else is competing to buy the stock? If it's being accumulated you'd think there's more buyers than just the snarky shills trying to buy the stops.. but even if they are the only buyers - they would be lucky just to get back the same amount of stock they had to sell to push the price down.

Anyway, this is all a bit irrelevant to E25, I'll eagerly await further developments and check back in when there's more on the news front to discuss.
