In my view the treasurer should block the US from buying a dominant fin tech company !

It would be the biggest take over in Australian history and would be unfair to the chinese which have seen their company takeover's blocked.

Afterpay is a leader in buy now pay later and should remain in Australian hands !

You can relax. It is not a Chinese company trying to buy it so everything is ok.
If it was China, then yes block it.
