Opening on June 1, 1985, Dubuque Greyhound Park (now known as Q Casino) became the nation’s first non-profit greyhound track. The facility is owned by the City of Dubuque and is run under the guidance of the Dubuque Racing Association, a volunteer board comprised of 21 directors. Profits from the casino go to the City and area charitable organizations, and gaming taxes provide revenue for the City, County and State.
Our Mission: Dubuque Racing Association through its gaming and entertainment facilities provides for social, economic and community betterment and lessens the burden of Dubuque city and area government, while contributing to the growth and viability of Dubuque are tourism.
Our Vision: The Dubuque Racing Association is a dynamic community resource, acting as a catalyst to enhance the quality of life and financial well-being of the Tristate community by operating a model gaming facility which is a premier growth-oriented, diversified, tourism destination.
There will never be a legitimate comparison between BET & BBT………..One is a global B2B Data & Software as a service company and the other is a small time niche bookmaker.
Look at BBT’s….entry into the US……..these are the niche casinos that they will target……casino’s that the big players will not bother with……BBT will only be providing an online facility to the casino……..BBT are a customer of BET.
