Agreed L64, if 88E do take SGC over they would be getting a potentially very valuable multi billion barrel prize. We know 88E likes elephant targets, SGC recently acquired the Nido Petroleum assets and SGC market cap only $20m.
Joanne Kendrick was deputy MD at Nido Petroleum, is currently on the SGC board and is now a non exec Director on the 88E board....Philip Byrne was the MD and CEO of Nido Petroleum and is also now the chairman of 88E ....joining the dots there seems to be more to it than a coincidence imo
