I do not sell all breakouts, I first consider the structure of the chart and the market action after the breakout. I buy stock at support and when a breakout occurs i have the option of a profit or hold for further gains depending on the situation.
Breakouts are for amatuers who are late getting into a stock and read about the new hot stock on Hotcopper.Money can be made but in my opinion a high risk strategy.
