From memory, this is the second time MXC has not been able to get funds from the sale of options.
Missed opportunities to increase cash flows - not sure how much this time but I think the last time it happened, the value was $5mil.
Listing on the LSE should have increased the SP over the 4.5 cents value of exercising these options.
