TETRA's 2Q Results Announcement, 2 August 2021:
"Finally, we have executed a memorandum of understanding to work with Anson Resources, an Australian publicly traded minerals company, to explore a business relationship for lithium and bromine extraction from their Paradox Basin Brine Project in southern Utah. The collaboration will include, among other things, the potential off-take agreement of bromine to meet our growing demands for both oil and gas and energy storage, potential licensing of TETRA's patented bromine derivative manufacturing process, as well as operational management of the plant(s)."
Looking forward to the next 6 months and a definitive agreement with TETRA.
