Whilst I am not overly happy with the result, I don't understand the issues people have with PR dual hatting within the business. I understand that 'common practice' is to not do so, however Warren Buffett is the Chair and CEO of Berkshire and has been for over 20 years on a company at such a greater scale than PAR... I wonder if their investors have an issue with it because the 532% share price increase over the last 20 years would suggest otherwise. PR is the largest holder of the company and a share price hit impacts no one more than himself. I think the fact that he remains to be the largest holder is a sign of confidence if anything.
