    each country legal system is different, but id imagine there is a statute of limitations that a case must be filed within a certain time frame.

    I suppose that this case relates to the granting of consent on the Preliminary Licence, and specifically the EIA - which happened years ago
    What the statute of limitations is in this situation i have no idea
