yes, I'd say he's more on the pulse than any of the price reporting agencies now because they vetted all the auction bidders! hahaha they now have direct line of site on who is bidding - what each parties willingness to pay is (where they each stop bidding) and to what extent they are desperate - bmx was a stroke of genius for multiple reasons as there is no use being second to market with the same platform. true competitive advantage.
