Hi Toono,
I know there are various funds that track certain sectors of the market (e.g. AX200 or top 10 mining stocks etc), so I would imagine that they would select the stocks that satisfy the criteria for that fund.
One of the criteria would have to be market capital.
I am not sure if 100M is the cut-off point but I think we will find out anyway in the next few days (When HEG goes > 28.5c!!)
