True, that could happen.
At least there are 3.0 Million Dollars (odd) of assets actually owned - extra - for this transaction, and a cashflow from Carhill circa 1.0 Million Dollars P.A. per current disclosures.
Either the company pays it back, using the means stated, including re-financing part of the deal as detailed in their report, or all shareholders give up some percentage of ownership for a bigger pie.
Deal needs to be put to bed and let the team get on with doing what we want them to do. Explore, Drill and Assay.
