From my perspective DW8 hyped itself, and was nobodies fault.

In Jan/Feb we had the option overhang putting pressure on the SP, then once that released it started to gradually rise.

Then not long after that we had the rebounding February case numbers in the monthly update, Bibendum partnership/trading halt, eBay MOU, Deans interview with ASX investor, FOMO was at an all time high and drove us to 20c.

I was one of the people voicing concern at the Dean worship, and crazy SP, but didn't cash out at those levels because I wasn't sure if I was missing something. I can remember frantically doing the maths to see if the SP could be justified, and I was struggling, so I should have known to sell.
