The chances of Scott falling on his sword are zero mate.
For starters, he would struggle to get a job offer after the MYX fiasco.
And nobody would pay him anything like what he's getting.
Finally, Roger and Bruce need a lapdog to do their bidding - so they will keep him on the payroll until he goes off the reservation or pushes his luck too far.
The class action is a sideshow that won't change anything but it will cost money and distract a few of them.
