Again, while the specification refers to SNNs, it does not describe the circuit elements of the neurons. It talks about how to use SNNs, but does not describe SNNs at the circuit level.

There are embodiments which could relate to mobile phones connected to a cloud based training system. The "User computer Device" 102 incorporates a SNN 120, and the "Server Computing System" 130 also has SNN 140.

For example, in some implementations, the user computing device 102 can include the model trainer 160 and the training dataset 162. In such implementations, the networks 120 can be both trained and used locally at the user computing device 102. In some of such implementations, the user computing device 102 can implement the model trainer 160 to personalize the networks 120 based on user-specific data.
