let me get this right............
The new Entity will have approx 640m Shares on issue
Today the Market Cap of the combined entity is approx 5.35B divided by the 640m combined shares gives around the ORE share price today
So down the track a 10b Market Cap gives the Merged Company a shareprice approx 15.60
is that correct.
