Well yes, thats the processed price. The point, twofold.
First the sp fluctuations and commodity pricings match almost identically (for obvious reasons).
Second most of the REE miners match their commodity price also.
What else do you think is influencing the overall pricing of the sectors companies affiliated with the commodity but the product value they supply?
There would be individual company announcements. But as detailed. Theres nothing being given for the granting of the mining license as shown in the charts as well.
So Im confused with what point you are actually trying to make?.
