The best thing PIL has going for it now is the fact that it has the status of being a well played reaming on retail... players and groups at this end of the market love those types of plays and will start building position if they can infiltrate the insiders to feeding them some juicy bits and that my friend is highly likely to happen after what i have seen and read since re-listing.
Forget the license and news, we have seen the market cares nothing regarding the actual progress of this company, lets start focusing on the eventual next pump and seafweaf expedition coming before the next CR
