it was never split into 4? It is a balance that you owe come end of month, you have the option to pay it off whenever you want though. This new system just means you can pay it directly from credit card or debit card so you don't have a balance owning. Not a market mover but does demonstrate they are fulfilling their goal/mission to be the first payment choice everywhere.
