Pretty much as expected. Still no growth in distribution or funds from ops, but big gains in valuations as rental yields hold up in a low-interest environment.
The location of many properties are showing their value as they can be sold off or redeveloped into other purposes.
One point I hadn't looed at before is how many have CPI linked rental reviews. If inflation really breaks out, it'll be a good buffer to have.
