My interpretation of response timelines from the investor call/presentation was:

1. While the responses we make might be simple, PAR is being diligent and ensuring that they're being fully run through the consultation panel.
2. The leadtime for our responses is constrained/limited by the response time of our consultant panel.
3. The consultants aren't PAR employees, they've likely got other work also ongoing/scheduled. ... I'm assuming we've probably got contracted/understood response times from them to us.

That's why it can take 4wks to respond to low-level questions ... And why PR can be certain that we'll respond within 30 days, but can't claim we'll respond in a week. Since he has no real control over when we get output from the consultant panel, other than our agreed response times.
