Not exactly what I said. This is what I said (on the CER threads)
"I believe CER will again overtake CNP unless there is some news to come that CNP has been able to refinance and get the banks off its back."
I know nothing to suggest that CNP has been able to refinance but I believe it may eventually be possible.
