Hi @quek0015 Whywe are still not trading as you ask.....well as I've investigated from 2019 recorded(my personal evidence) many of my early conversation with OM/ASX/KL and found nil substance. Subsequently I discovered that this was a targeted witch-hunt and specifically orchestratedby one person which led to his early retirement and maybe still to come an early demise when his time is up on the Court Stand incriminating himself!

Furthermore, I discovered that ASX make-up the compliance rules on the go, as they wish, and exempt-suspension for the Companiesthat are in serious breaches of non-compliance & crime related activities. There is also a high degree of collusion between the ASX&ASIC which has led to illegally obtaining private data (VISA) from another jurisdiction!
Its interesting and raises your eyebrows as JK and the EU World informs us , we can now confirm the EU's privacy regulations, the GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation), are starting to show some bite. Companies illegally transferring data between the EU to jurisdictions such as Australia that are deemed "non-adequate" in their safeguards should beware. And as @@Rodeoshow has noted JK has linked the VISA management teams in Asia and Europe.

As we also know.... Visa has leave to file and serve, within seven days, an application for orders 15 JULY 2021, limiting inspection of any of the documents produced by Visa to the plaintiff(ASIC) . I note the last filed Doc was 22 Jul 2021 of which is not related. imo ASIC might be strongly reassessing their weak position and possible illegal action in obtaining private data and forwarding it on!!!

@quek0015 What is the CEO doing...you also ask.... unlike ASIC & ASX disregard for Shareholders,... My highest praise/regard to our CEO JK for protecting 10,000 + Shareholders and taking this witch-hunt before our Federal Courts. JK has demonstrated how tenacious he is to stand by us Shareholders/Company and the Principles of the matter.
Without doubt, JK has continued the strong growth/profitability position of our Company to-date !
