Been no change in substantial shareholder notice from Regal other than buying at 24.5 cents.
I am with you as far as Regal is concerned. Suffered greatly by their indescriminate dumping over many years many times. Also made a lot of money buying there shares off them and selling for much higher only months later.
I am sticking with this stock. Even bought some more today.
It has big upside IMO when the register settles down and newsflow begins.
