Is it possible that if two key events occur soon, first signing of coal mine development and operation contract and the second a granting of an iron ore lease that IRL could balloon to 20c yet again by Xmas? Also I note the copper price of late is well above the operating cost of by about 20% plus. If commodities continue to recover Surda mine is a nice cash earner.

New direction definitely abound here with IRL. Surda seems to play only a smaller part now in IRL's LT plan of mineral diversification exploiting India's wealth.
