ok. I don't want to upset some of the holders here by dwelling on the negatives, so I'll just say this generally:
In my view, anyone posting on HC who is a company rep should identify themselves clearly as such. If you don't agree with a post tell them why and try to resist resorting to flaming. I believe anyone who is a company rep has even less place calling posters names.
That said, I understand we all make mistakes - me included.
As you say, profess, let's move on.
