Fundamentally the company is in a stable position, and on any confirmation that rates are starting to move, similar to an insurance company - that'll be the time to invest, for a medium term hold... They do have a decent loan book and you cannot rule out M&A action, because banks will be wanting to grow loan books once they know margin pressure will reduce (with increasing interest rates).
